Save a signature
Step 1: While signing
In the editor's Create your signature dialog, tick Save for next time, then click Save and sign.
Step 2: Or in Settings
Open Settings → Profile & signatures. Under Saved signatures, click Add signature or Add initials.
Step 3: Create it
Choose Type (your name in a Handwriting style) or Draw, pick an Ink color (Black or Blue), then click Save signature or Save initials.
Use a saved signature
In the editor, choose Sign → Saved signatures, or open Add signature and pick Use this saved signature. Then click where it goes. Saved signatures belong to your account, so they're there on every device you sign in on, including the desktop apps.
Delete or replace one
In Settings → Profile & signatures → Saved signatures, click Delete saved signature (or Delete saved initials) next to it. There's no edit button: to change a signature, delete it and add a new one. You can keep a limited number; when you reach it, the page says You can keep up to … and you delete one to add another.
Privacy
Saved signatures are stored with your account only. Nobody else on your team can see or use them, and people you send documents to never see your saved ones, only the signature you place. Guests can sign, but saving needs a free account ("Create a free account to save signatures for reuse").
Can I save a signature I drew on my phone or uploaded as an image?
Yes. Any signature you create in the editor's signature dialog, including uploaded images and ones drawn on your phone, can be saved with Save for next time. In Settings you can only type or draw.
Do signers I send documents to get to save their signature?
Signers create their signature on the signing page each time. Saving is for your own account.
