Use one PDFBetter account on several devices

Everything you save goes to your account, not to the device, so the web, the desktop apps and your phone show the same documents. Start a form on your laptop and sign it on your phone.
What follows you
- Your documents, versions, templates and forms.
- Saved signatures and initials.
- Your plan and monthly allowances. Usage is shared across devices, not counted per device.
- Your app language, once you're signed in.
Sign in on a new device
Step 1: Use the same sign-in method
Sign in the way you did before (sign-in methods): Google, Apple, an email link or your password. If Google or Apple uses the same verified email, it signs in to the same account.
Step 2: On the desktop app, use your browser
Click Sign In with Browser. Finish in your browser and you're sent back to the app, signed in.
Step 3: Bring guest work with you
If you worked as a guest on that device, sign in from the same browser and your guest drafts move into your account.
Sign out of other devices
To end every other session, for example after using a shared computer, open Settings → Profile & signatures and change your password with Sign out of other devices ticked. Resetting your password with Forgot password? also signs you out everywhere else. There's no list of active devices yet.
Is there a limit on how many devices I can use?
No. Use as many devices as you like with one account. Business plans add seats for other people, not for devices.
I see different documents on two devices.
You're probably signed in to two different accounts, for example Google on one and a different email on the other. Check the email under Settings → Profile & signatures on both.
