Find invoices and receipts, or ask for a refund
Invoices for payments on pdfbetter.com are listed under Settings → Plan & usage → Invoices, with a PDF for each. For a full refund of your first payment, email support within 14 days. App Store purchases are refunded by Apple.

Download an invoice
Step 1: Open Plan & usage
Go to Settings → Plan & usage and scroll to Invoices.
Step 2: Find the payment
Each row shows the date, amount and status: Paid, Due, Void or Unpaid.
Step 3: Open or download it
Click View for the online invoice or PDF to download it.
- A receipt is also emailed to you after each payment.
- A free trial creates a zero-amount invoice; your first charge appears when the trial ends.
- To put a company name, address or tax ID on invoices, click Manage billing and update your billing details. The full invoice history is there too.
- Invoices show the currency you were charged in (US dollars on the web), plus any tax added at checkout.
If a payment fails
Plan & usage shows a Payment failed badge and the message “We couldn't take the last payment.” Click Update payment method and add a working card to keep your plan.
Refunds
- First payment on pdfbetter.com: email [email protected] within 14 days of the payment and we refund it in full.
- A charge you think is a mistake: contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
- Credit packs: if a pack is refunded, the unused credits from that purchase are removed.
- App Store purchases: Apple handles these refunds under its own rules. In the iPhone app, open Account → Plan → Request a refund, or ask Apple directly.
The exact wording is in the terms of service.
Can I get a refund for a renewal?
The written refund promise covers the first payment. For a later charge you didn't expect, contact support within 14 days and tell us what happened.
Why don't I see an Invoices section?
It appears once you've made a payment or started a trial on pdfbetter.com. App Store purchases are receipted by Apple.
