Compare the Free, Pro and Business plans
Free costs nothing and has no end date. Pro is $15 a month for one person, with unlimited downloads and signature requests. Business is $24 per seat a month and adds teams, branding, bulk send, the API and the largest spreadsheet-fill allowance.

Every plan uses the same editor, signing and AI tools. Plans differ in how much you can do each month and in a few team and automation features. Browser tools such as merge, split and rotate run on your device and download free on every plan, even without an account.

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout, depending on where you live; the checkout page shows the total before you pay.
Monthly allowances
These reset every month. Re-downloading a document you haven't changed doesn't count again. On Business, AI credits are per seat; the other allowances are per account.

Features only some plans include
- Pro and Business: signer access codes you share by phone or text. (An emailed code works on every plan.)
- Business only: a shared team workspace with roles, your logo and colors on signing invitations and shared links, bulk send to a whole list, the largest fill-from-spreadsheet allowance (5,000 rows a month), and API keys with webhooks.
- Fax: Business includes fax pages each month. On other plans, buy a fax pages pack.
- Free: signature-request emails carry a short “Sent with PDFBetter” footer. Your documents and downloads never do.

Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. It needs no card, has no end date, and its allowances reset every month. Downloads on Free have no watermark.
Do I need an account at all?
Not to try things. Without an account you can edit, fill and use every tool, and browser tools download free. Downloading an edited document, sharing it or sending it for signature needs a free account.
How much do I save with yearly billing?
Pro costs $10 a month billed yearly instead of $15 monthly. Business costs $18 per seat a month billed yearly instead of $24.
