Branding is part of the Business plan. It applies to the whole team: once it's set, requests any teammate sends carry it.
Set up your brand
Step 1: Open Team & branding
Click Settings at the bottom of the sidebar, then Team & branding, and scroll to Branding.
Step 2: Enter a brand name
Type the Brand name recipients should see. If you leave it empty, the team name is used.
Step 3: Pick a color
Click the Brand color swatch next to Color and choose your color.
Step 4: Save
Click Save branding.
Step 5: Upload a logo
Click Upload logo and choose a PNG, JPG or WebP image up to 2 MB. A wide logo on a transparent background works best. Remove takes it off.
The preview on the page shows how a signing invitation will look with your logo, name and color.
Where your brand appears
- Signing invitation emails and the signing page your recipients open.
- Shared links and the emails that deliver them.
- Invitation emails to people you invite to the team.
Do requests I sent before setting the brand change?
Branding is read when PDFBetter sends an email or shows a page, so emails already delivered keep the old look. Pages opened later show the current brand.
Why was my logo rejected?
It must be a PNG, JPG or WebP image of 2 MB or less. Export SVG or PDF logos as PNG first.
What if the team leaves Business?
Branding stops being applied and PDFBetter's defaults are used. Your saved name, color and logo come back if you return to Business.
