Updated 1 min read Counts toward emails sent with documents
Links to this document (and Hosted copies on the Hosted PDF tab) list each link with its permission, Password and No download badges, the number of people it's limited to, its view count, and Until …, No expiry, Expired or Turned off.
Turn a link off
Step 1: Open the link list
In the editor, click Done → Share.
Step 2: Find the link
Look under Links to this document, or Hosted copies on the Hosted PDF tab.
Step 3: Turn it off
Click Turn off. The link stops working right away and shows Turned off.
People who open it afterwards see This link was turned off. A turned-off link can't be switched back on; create a new one if you need it again. Turning a link off also frees up a slot if your plan limits active links.
Email a link
Step 1: Choose the link
Next to the link, click Email this link.
Step 2: Add recipients
Enter addresses in To and an optional Message.
Step 3: Send
Click Send. Each recipient counts as one email toward your plan's emails sent with documents.
The email invites them to view, comment, fill or edit, depending on the link, and says when it expires. If the link has a password, the email says so but doesn't include it. Your confirmed email address is required to send.
