In To, enter up to 10 addresses, comma-separated.

What the recipient gets
- An email saying you sent them the document, with your name and email address. Replies go to your email address.
- Files up to 10 MB are attached. Larger ones are sent as a Download PDF link that works for 7 days.
- The email is in the recipient's language if they have a PDFBetter account, otherwise in yours.
Limits and usage
| Feature | No account | Free | Pro | Business |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Emails sent with documents | — | 10 | 500 | 5,000 |
Only emails that are actually delivered count. Sending renders the PDF the same way a download does, so the first copy of each version also counts as one edited-document download; sending the same unchanged version again doesn't. You need a free account with a confirmed email address to send.
It says "Sent, but these failed".
Some addresses bounced or were rejected. Check them and send again to those addresses only; failed ones weren't counted.
The recipient didn't get it.
Ask them to check spam, and confirm the address (more checks). Large files arrive as a link, not an attachment.
