- A Fax pages pack adds 50 pages for $6 that never expire. Buy it in Plan & usage under Credits.
- Pack pages are used after your monthly pages run out.
- Pages are counted only once the fax is accepted. If it fails, the pages are refunded, monthly pages and pack pages alike.
- Faxes are sent flattened. Like a download, the first copy of each version also counts as one edited-document download.
Limitations
- Only US and Canadian numbers. International faxing isn't supported yet.
- Sending only. PDFBetter doesn't give you a fax number to receive faxes.
- Faxing needs a free account.
It says "Not enough fax pages left for this document".
The document (plus any cover page) has more pages than you have. Buy a pack, remove pages, or split the document.
The fax failed. Was I charged?
No. Failed faxes refund their pages automatically.
