Each file keeps the original page size, links and form fields of its pages. By file size estimates from the average page size, so a page with large images can push a part over the limit; a single page is never split.
Extract specific pages
Step 1: Pick the pages to keep
In Extract pages, click pages, Shift-click for a run, or type a range.
Step 2: Choose the order and output
Under Page order, choose Document order or Order I clicked. Tick Save each selected page as its own PDF to get separate files.
Step 3: Click Extract
The original file is unchanged.
Can it split automatically at each new invoice?
No. PDFBetter can't detect document boundaries by content; you choose the ranges.
Why do some links stop working after a split?
Bookmarks and links that point to pages now in another part have nowhere to go.
How do I remove pages instead?
